AR Blue Clean 8880 Professional Hot Pressure Washer (Three-phase 400V - 280 bar)

The AR Blue Clean 88 Series 8880 professional hot water pressure washer has been designed to offer excellent results in sectors such as construction, livestock farming, crafts, car wash and automotive.
Thanks to its ability to generate hot water, it is particularly effective in removing stubborn dirt, such as oil and grease, which resist traditional cleaning methods. Designed to meet the needs of professionals who carry out frequent and intensive cleaning jobs, it guarantees optimal results, also thanks to the professional accessories supplied.

Inside there is a pump with a head in brass with 3 axial ceramic pistons with connecting rod-crank system, an automatic by-pass valve with zero pressure in the pump head and a three-phase induction electric motor with thermal protection.

To raise the water temperature up to a maximum of 110°C, the pressure washer is equipped with a vertical boiler in painted steel with double coil, refractory concrete bottom and with a snail burner cooling system, driven by an independent electric motor. The boiler is fed directly from the 24 liter diesel tank, with drain plug.

Pressure washers AR Blue Clean hot water pumps are equipped with the most advanced safety systems, which guarantee correct functioning and facilitate the operator's work:

the safety pressure switch turns off the boiler if there is no water;
in the control panel there are various lights such as voltage, diesel, flame, as well as the thermostat for regulating the water temperature;
the water accumulation tray with inlet float ensures that you always have the correct quantity of water in the supply to avoid cavitation problems;
microleak board with indicator acoustic;___SUBHTML13___ delay card for boiler shutdown: after releasing the gun lever, the boiler flame goes out, but the burner fan continues to rotate for approximately 20 seconds in order to discharge residual smoke and heat. If after this period of time the gun is reopened, the flame starts again; otherwise everything stops because the Total Stop System intervenes.
The maximum pressure that 8880 is able to reach is equal to 280 bar and is adjustable according to your cleaning needs.

The built-in detergent suction system with 8 liter tank is ideal for work sessions prolonged.

The structure of this professional pressure washer includes four wheels with rubber tread and an ergonomic handle which guarantee easy maneuverability even on uneven terrain. It is also equipped with an inspectable water inlet filter and diesel intake filter.

The professional accessories included in the package, to be connected to each other via a brass threaded connection, are:

a high pressure hose reinforced with 10 m steel braid;
a high pressure gun with safety and metal core;
a spear with a head high/low pressure in steel (56 cm) to be connected to the pressure washer gun via threaded screw connection;
a nozzle that must be mounted at the end of the lance allowing the water to come out under high pressure.
This high pressure washer is equipped with Total Stop System Timed, a system particularly suitable in those situations in which the pressure washer is subject to multiple stops and starts. When the gun lever is released, the machine goes into by-pass for 20 seconds and can restart immediately within this time threshold. This ensures less wear of the engine pump assembly and less electricity waste. Once the 20 second period of time has passed, the machine goes into Total Stop.

Included accessories:

Lance with fixed head, without nozzle (50 cm) 50690

Reinforced high-pressure hose (10 m) 3160170
